Opening Prayer

As we begin a new term
We ask your blessing God,
beginning, thinking, planning, preparing.
Working together with our students in mind,
Give us energy and satisfaction,
Give us sensitivity and friendship,
Give us warmth and encouragement,
Give us empathy and understanding.
Bless us with the power of your holy presence in our school.
Bless us with the skills of your teaching in our classrooms
Amen
