Communication from the College
Increasingly Mary MacKillop College is using email as our primary form of communicating information and letters to families. This way we know important information is arriving at home, rather than left amongst the bits and pieces that might lie at the bottom of your daughter’s school bag. Letters or notices that do not require a reply slip will usually be sent via email. Permission letters will be sent in hard copy but an email may be sent to advise you of the distribution of that letter. If you haven’t been receiving email correspondence from the College please check your junk folder first. It is important we have an up to date and correct email address. If you change your email address or any of your personal details please contact us at the College via email@example.com.
All new families should have received a welcome email to set up SEQTA Engage. SEQTA is our school Learning Management System and Engage is the parent portal for this system.
The best way for you to access the portal will be to download the app for any smartphone and log in using the QR code you received in the email. You set up your own username and password for this site. You will be able to access your daughter’s timetable, receive her report, view results for assessment tasks, direct message school staff and access school documents from this portal. You may also log in via the SEQTA Engage website.
If you have logged into Engage previously, but have forgotten your password, there is a “forgot my password’ link on the log in page that will allow you to enable a password reset. If you have any problems logging into SEQTA please email my office, firstname.lastname@example.org.
