Year 12 without teachers, Year 12.jpg

From the Principal

22.11.18

By the end of this week the SACE examinations will be over and we will be celebrating the Class of 2018 at the Graduation Dinner. We are so proud of our students. We know that they have worked hard and they deserve some time now for rest and relaxation. They can tidy up the textbooks, notebooks and other school paraphernalia so that their study/bedroom/kitchen table can get back to ‘normal’! I suggest they buy a new 2019 diary and set some goals for the coming year.

Demolition work will soon begin for our new Digital Tech area. There will be some changes internally to offices and movements around the school. There will be weekly site meetings with our builders and architects to ensure that the works are progressing on time and on budget and of course that we have a safe workplace for students and staff. We are very excited and looking forward to our new learning space.

I am always amazed at the different events and programs that our girls attend. Learning is definitely not confined to the classroom at Mary MacKillop College.
