This week we welcomed our new College Counsellor, Mary Superina, who will replace Jessica Johnson while she takes Maternity leave. We wish Jessica all the best for the birth of her baby and know that Mary will continue to work closely with our girls in Jessica's absence.
Last week I attended the Association of Josephite Affiliated Secondary Schools Conference, which took place here in Adelaide. The theme of the Conference was At the Heart of Josephite Education. The conference was facilitated by one of our board members, Sr Catherine Mead. As principals of Josephite schools, we were taken on a journey to explore what it means to be a leader in a Josephite school today. I was very grateful for the time to be with colleagues who lead schools with the same charism and mission.
A reminder to all families, we are currently enrolling now for Year 7 and 8 2019. If you have a sibling or friend who would like to enrol at the College, please visit our website and download the Enrolment Application Form or contact the Resigtrar for an Enrolment Package.
End of Semester 1
The end of this week marks the end of Semester 1. Staff will spend the student free day preparing and planning for the second half of the year. It is also a good time to pause and reflect on how much has been achieved in the first half of the year.
