Tenison claimed victory at the 2019 Athletics Carnival. Friday 15 March, 2019 was a day where multiple Batmans, Captain Americas, Spider Men and Hulks filled SA Athletics Stadium.

South Australia Youth Week 2019

2019 is the 125th Anniversary of the Woman’s Suffrage plight in South Australia. This youth week is an opportunity to celebrate equality and diversity, celebrate our historical successes and plan for the future ones!

The City of Marion would like to acknowledge the contribution young people make to our community every day and hope you can join us at one of the scheduled events during this week.

National Youth Science Forum

The National Youth Science Forum is a summer school program which aims to help students entering Year 12 make informed decisions about their future career path in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). After a lengthy application process, we attended the National Youth Science Forum (NYSF) at the Australian National University in Canberra from Wednesday 2 January to Sunday 13 January.

Year 12 Chemistry Excursion: Flinders University

On Monday 25 March, the Year 12 Chemistry class visited the Chemistry laboratories at Flinders University and participated in practical activities that reinforced theory work covered in class related to analytical techniques used to identify and quantify unknown chemicals found in different materials.

On Friday 29 March the SACE Stage 1 and 2 Art and Design students had a day experiencing Art in Adelaide. We first visited the 2019 SACE Art Show, which displays the 2018 Stage 2 Art and Design work.
