Today we celebrated our Good News Assembly. We heard about the South Australian Prayer Breakfast and the story behind the 'Thank you' products. Four MacKillop girls will attend Space School in Texas at the end of the year, and today, they shared their excitement and plans for this upcoming and amazing opportunity.

On Monday 10 September the Year 8 and 9 Drama classes set out for the Adelaide Festival Centre to see a brand new play presented by Windmill Theatre Company called “Amphibian.” The play was performed in the Space Theatre and was aimed at middle-school aged children.

SAETA Spring Poetry

Congratulations to the following students who have had their poems selected for publication in the South Australian English Teachers’ Association 2018 Spring Poetry Anthology. From the hundreds submitted across the state, it was extremely pleasing and satisfying to see so many MacKillop students represented in the soon to be published anthology.

Thanks so much for your support throughout Academic August. Throughout the month, we raised $250 to help find a cure for Brain Cancer.
