From the Principal - Vale Fr Paul Gardiner

Dear Parents and Friends of Mary MacKillop College,

On Tuesday the funeral of Fr Paul Gardiner was held in Penola and many Sisters of St Joseph attended to honour the man who worked tirelessly researching and compiling documents about Mary MacKillop’s life leading to her canonisation. Fr Paul Gardiner was a key figure in the work that was undertaken to ensure that Mary MacKillop was recognised as a Saint. If you visit Penola part of his story is clearly on display at the visitor centre.

Opening--Prayer.jpg

Opening Prayer

Lent is a time of almsgiving and prayer.
We are called to give generously to those in need.

Let us Pray,
Loving God; we wish to be keen and devoted servants.
By your grace, help us to nurture the lonely with our companionship,
Feed the hungry and clothe the poor with our relative richness;
And seek out and include all those who yearn for acceptance.
We ask this through Jesus our brother.

Amen
